Summer Student Program

An 8-week summer research placement at IOCB Prague for master’s students to gain practical laboratory experience and professional feedback from experienced scientists. Participants are matched with a research group aligned with their interests and work in Prague. The program includes accommodation in a nearby dormitory and a stipend. It is not intended for students already on Erasmus or other fellowships.

8-week research placement matched to a research group, accommodation in a nearby dormitory, a stipend of around EUR 1,000, feedback and mentoring from experienced scientists.

Master’s students who have started master’s studies in organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, computational or theoretical chemistry, or a closely related field at any university within the EU (outside of the Czech Republic); not intended for students already on Erasmus or other fellowships.
