Fidelity Bank HerFidelity Apprenticeship Program 2026

The HerFidelity Apprenticeship Program is a structured training and mentorship initiative designed to support young female apprentices. It pairs participants with experienced crafts persons and businesses for on-the-job training, complemented by basic business and financial literacy support. The program aims to help beneficiaries secure employment, start their own businesses, or grow existing ventures, contributing to financial independence and long-term impact.

Participants will gain confidence in managing income, build financial discipline, develop independence, access a supportive network, and strengthen their pathway to sustainable income.

Open to female apprentices; young women nearing completion of apprenticeship; women seeking structured support as they transition from learning to earning.
