MITACS Globalink Research Internship 2026 in Canada

Mitacs Globalink Research Internship 2026 is a fully funded international internship in Canada. The program runs for 12 weeks at Canadian universities with research facilities and is open to enrolled undergraduate students or those in combined undergraduate/master’s programs. It provides comprehensive funding and on-campus mentorship.

Round-trip airfare, airport transfer, housing stipend, health insurance, stipend for enrollment fees up to $300, food/incidentals stipend, mentoring, professional development courses, and a certificate of completion.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, meet GPA requirements for their country, have 1-3 semesters left as of fall 2026, be willing to apply to multiple projects, and possess a reference letter and CV.
