The AfriLabs Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP) is a structured internship and returnship programme intended to identify, develop, and transition high-potential individuals into full-time roles within Africa's startup and innovation ecosystem. It offers participants real project experience, mentorship, and exposure to Africa’s innovation network, with a pathway to potential full-time employment based on performance. The inaugural cohort runs from June to August 2026, with benefits including a monthly stipend and professional guidance.
