The RwandaAir RISE Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month fast-track rotational programme for recent graduates and young professionals across key business units within the airline, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial. It offers structured learning, on-the-job training, mentorship from senior leaders, and a clear path to mid-career opportunities. Recent graduates and young professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience; Rwandan nationality; a Bachelor’s degree with a First-Class Honours in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or other aviation-related fields (or a Master’s degree with a Second Class, Upper Division Honours in aviation-related fields); strong English proficiency; leadership and problem-solving skills; willingness to relocate or travel.
