The Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries Program 2026 for Emerging Women Leaders

A 7-week immersive virtual leadership training program for emerging women leaders, with three cohorts of 50 participants each. Participants gain access to the Vital Voices leadership curriculum, guest speakers, and networking opportunities within a global network, with an in-person annual experience for selected participants. The program culminates in a certificate of completion and ongoing engagement with the Vital Voices network.

Participation in a 7-week virtual leadership program, access to the Vital Voices network, sessions with Estée Lauder executives and Vital Voices leaders, and a certificate of completion.

Must identify as a woman, be at least 18 by May 2026, proficient in English, and be the founder or co-founder of a social sector organization or social enterprise; not participating in or graduated from another Vital Voices leadership program in 2025 or 2026.
