Ecobank Nigeria Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) 2025/2026

The Ecobank Entry Level Development Programme (ELDP) is a recruitment initiative aimed at attracting young, vibrant, and talented Nigerian graduates to meet the bank's manpower needs. Participants become part of a pool of future leaders who will drive the bank to the next level, with ongoing learning and development opportunities through the EcobankAcademy and a range of benefits.

Nigerian graduates with a minimum of second class lower (2:2), who have completed NYSC, and at least five credits including English and Mathematics.
