The Sahara Upstream Graduate Engineer Program (GEP) 2025 for young Nigerian graduates

The Sahara Upstream Graduate Engineer Program is a structured program by Sahara Group designed to develop graduate engineers through on-the-job training, structured learning, and development activities. It targets recent graduates and offers exposure to upstream oil and gas projects, with mentorship and cross-functional rotations to build industry-ready skills.

On-the-job training, structured learning and development programs, mentorship, and exposure to upstream projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Pure Sciences with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division); 0-2 years post-graduate experience; Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
