IHS Towers Technical Skills Acquisition Program (TSAP) 2025

The IHS Towers Technical Skills Acquisition Program (TSAP) is a 18-month training initiative designed to develop practical telecoms and technical skills for graduates. It targets Nigerian graduates and aims to prepare participants for careers in the mobile telecommunications infrastructure sector. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with First Class or Second-Class Upper, have NYSC completion or exemption before April 2025, and have 0-3 years of work experience; a Master’s degree (M.Sc or MBA) is an added advantage.
