Training course: best practices for inclusive and diversity-driven youth work

A training course designed for youth workers, project managers, and coaches to reflect on and improve inclusion and diversity approaches in youth work. The program uses non-formal education methods and fosters exchange among participants, with accommodation and travel support provided for those from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries. The training takes place near Turin, Italy, from February 2 to 7, 2025, with prior online onboarding.

Participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries who have completed at least one Erasmus+ or ESC project focused on inclusion and diversity within the last two years.
