ECTRIMS Fellowship Program 2026

The ECTRIMS Fellowship Program 2026 offers a fully funded opportunity in Europe for researchers and clinicians to undertake a postdoctoral research fellowship or a research training program focused on multiple sclerosis and related diseases. Fellows will work at European research laboratories or clinics, select a research topic, and participate in annual ECTRIMS congresses during a 1- to 2-year fellowship with travel and accommodation support for these events.

An annual stipend of 55,000 Euros plus transportation to and from the host location, with transportation costs reimbursed, and additional support for attending fully funded ECTRIMS congresses.

Applicants must be scientists or physicians with a degree or who are currently enrolled in an MD, PhD, ScD or equivalent, and must be under 40 years old. They should have not worked at the same institution previously and should be able to undertake their research training in a European laboratory or clinic.
