Kyoto University Summer Internship Program in Japan 2025

Kyoto University’s Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (iCeMS) hosts a 5-week internship for international undergraduate students to conduct their own research under a faculty supervisor. Participants engage in basic research activities, observe and participate in experiments, and present a final presentation (PowerPoint or poster) at the end of the program.

Final presentation and potential graduate school consideration.

Applicants should be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree at a university outside of Japan and be interested in integrating cell biology, chemistry, mathematics, and materials science, with a view to pursuing graduate study at Kyoto University as iCeMS lab members.
