Data Science Hackathon Programme (DSHP) Ghana Regional Hackathon 2026

The Data Science Hackathon Programme (DSHP) Ghana Regional Hackathon 2026 is a four-day, regional hackathon for university students and young professionals. Participants work in multidisciplinary teams to address a real-world machine learning challenge using authentic datasets, guided by mentors, with opportunities to network and join an international data science community.

Mentorship from experienced professionals, practical hands-on experience in data science and AI, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, networking opportunities, and membership in the Hack4dev community.

Applicants should be university students (final-year undergraduates or postgraduates) or young professionals with an interest in data science and AI, basic Python knowledge, and the ability to attend the full four-day event.
