The France 2026 Small Grants Programme, run by the French Regional Department of Cooperation and Cultural Action (SCAC), offers civil society organizations funding to implement development initiatives across the Eastern Caribbean and neighbouring countries. Selected projects may receive up to 85% funding of total costs, with a maximum grant of €4,600, and projects should be implemented between September 2026 and June 21, 2027. Applications are invited from civil society organizations addressing social, environmental, cultural, and economic development in the region.
