Strengthening Movements for Gender Equality

A major funding opportunity to support grassroots, intersectional, and feminist movements across Europe. The Alliance for Gender Equality in Europe is launching a multi-year grant programme with a total budget of €2,700,000, aimed at strengthening movements and capacity within civil society organizations. Grants are provided as project support and may include salaries and overheads for coalitions working on gender equality in Europe.

Project funding up to €450,000 over three years per coalition, capacity strengthening, and potential salaries/overheads within grant parameters.

Applicants must be legally registered non-profit organisations based and operating in eligible countries in Europe, and must submit a collective proposal with at least 3 organisations; only one application per organisation (lead or partner).

Applications must be submitted online through the Alliance’s platform; a PDF version is available for reference, but submissions must be completed digitally.
