European Youth Foundation Ukraine Call 2026: Up to €25,000 Grants for International Youth Cooperation Projects Supporting Young People from Ukraine

The European Youth Foundation (EYF) of the Council of Europe has launched a call for proposals for international one-off youth cooperation activities supporting young people from Ukraine. Grants of up to €25,000 are available for international youth organizations and eligible partners to implement projects promoting democracy, human rights, intercultural dialogue, peace, and solidarity across Europe. Eligible activities include international seminars, youth camps, conferences, study visits, training courses, and other educational activities involving Ukrainian youth and participants from other Council of Europe member states.

Funding up to €25,000 per project to support international meetings and activities involving Ukrainian youth and participants from other European countries.

Projects must involve participants from at least seven Council of Europe member States, including young people from Ukraine, whether residing in Ukraine or elsewhere.

Submit proposals under the EYF Ukraine Call 2026; deadline 1 September 2026.
