European Union Young Professional Experts Programme 2026

The Young Professional Experts Programme 1-2026 offers positions in EU missions abroad, providing hands-on international experience within EU civilian missions. Selected candidates work within EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM Georgia) and EU Mission in Armenia (EUM Armenia), gaining exposure to mission operations, governance, and peacebuilding activities.

Professional experience within EU missions; exposure to multinational work environments; networking opportunities with diplomats and security experts; development of leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Nationals of European Union Member States; must apply through EEAS recruitment mechanisms and be included in the seconded candidates list managed by national authorities.
