LeadInSecurity 2026: NATO Leadership Accelerator for Women in Defence and Security

LeadInSecurity 2026 is a NATO leadership accelerator designed to strengthen the next generation of women leaders in defence and security. It is delivered as a structured 10-month mentorship and leadership development programme (October 2026 – July 2027) with direct mentoring, workshops, and in-person networking opportunities.

Direct NATO-level mentorship, leadership development support, workshops, networking with defence and security professionals, and exposure to international policy environments over a 10-month period.

Applicants must identify as women professionals or emerging leaders, be 25 to 35 years old, be a national of a NATO Allied country, and work in defence, security, STEM, international relations, or related fields with leadership potential.
