Restless Development Uganda Consultancy Opportunity 2026: Remote Financial Capacity Building Consultancy for Youth-Led Organizations Funded by the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab

Restless Development is inviting qualified consultants and consultancy teams to apply for a remote consultancy focused on strengthening the financial management systems and institutional capacity of youth-led organizations in Uganda. The consultancy is part of the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective and runs for three months with a budget of UGX 16,000,000 (€4,000), including taxes and professional fees.

Remote engagement for three months with a funded budget and professional fees; opportunity to contribute to capacity building for youth-led organizations and to work within a EU-funded initiative.

Qualified consultants and consultancy teams with strong expertise in finance, accounting, compliance, and NGO management; advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred; 5–7 years of relevant experience; experience managing EU-funded projects and working with international NGOs.
