Interns will gain hands-on experience by supporting teams across departments, receive training and professional development, and collaborate with international experts. The programme aims to nurture the next generation of global development professionals in international development finance and infrastructure.

Nationals of NDB member countries, aged 30 or below, with either a Master’s degree completed within the last 12 months or current enrollment in a postgraduate programme, and full-time availability during the internship.
