The TechSkills Marketplace Program connects African startups with CMU-Africa student talent to solve real-world technical challenges and nurture future-ready innovators. Startups gain access to skilled graduate interns in areas such as AI, data science, software engineering, and product development, with hands-on learning contributing to Africa’s digital transformation. The program uses a co-funded internship model where CMU-Africa supports part of the stipend cost and provides access to an innovation hub partner network.
