UNFPA Remote Internships 2026 (People Strategy Roles)

UNFPA is offering remote internship opportunities for 2026 within its Division for Human Resources, across three tracks: People Analytics & AI, Human Resources Policy, and Learning & Leadership Development. The program includes structured supervision, a 6-month duration, and a formal application process via the UNFPA People Strategy Internship Application Form. The internships focus on HR transformation, governance, and talent development in a global, remote setting.

Applicants must meet at least one of: enrolled in a postgraduate programme, in the final year of a bachelor’s degree, have graduated within the last 12 months, or be enrolled in a postgraduate traineeship.

Submit the official UNFPA People Strategy Internship Form and accompanying materials (CV, cover letter, etc.). A short video response is also required as part of the application.
