APNIC Foundation 2026 Research Fellowship

The APNIC Foundation 2026 Research Fellowship offers a fully remote, eight-month program that provides a USD 10,000 stipend per selected fellow. It supports researchers, technical practitioners, and policy professionals in conducting original, policy-relevant research addressing digital challenges across the Asia Pacific region, with the aim of informing digital infrastructure, AI, and inclusive technology systems.

Financial stipend; eight-month fellowship period; remote collaboration with global and regional impact; potential to publish outputs and contribute to policy-relevant research.

Open to experienced professionals including researchers, technical practitioners, and policy professionals who reside in one of the Asia Pacific economies served by the APNIC Foundation, with 7–10 years of professional experience and at least a Master’s degree.
