Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po for Ugandan Students

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po offers full graduate scholarships to strong but financially disadvantaged students, accompanied by mentorship and access to Sciences Po’s graduate schools. The program targets students from Africa and beyond, with a notable collaboration involving Ugandan partners to inform potential applicants about eligibility, benefits, and procedures.

Students must be graduates or currently completing a Bachelor’s degree, and must be from eligible Ugandan universities.

Apply through the partner university's application process and complete the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program form for the participating university.
