Princeton University Prospective Ph.D. Preview (P3) Program 2025

The Princeton Prospective Ph.D. Preview (P3) is a fully funded, on-campus program designed to prepare underrepresented and diverse students for the Ph.D. journey. It provides travel, lodging, and meals, along with access to faculty, graduate students, and professional development workshops to help participants understand graduate admissions and the expectations of Ph.D. study.

All travel, meals, and housing are provided; participants gain access to faculty, graduate student mentors, and professional development workshops; exposure to graduate admissions processes and research opportunities.

Open to students at any academic level, including freshmen through post-baccalaureates, with a focus on underrepresented or non-traditional backgrounds; international students residing in the U.S. are eligible.
