UNITAR Womens Leadership Trainee Programme 2026 in Geneva (PAID)

Trainee position based in UNITAR's Geneva office for six months, offering hands-on exposure within UNITAR’s Division for Peace and a competitive monthly stipend. The programme aims to empower young leaders in peace and gender-related fields and provides professional experience within the United Nations framework.

Hands-on UN experience, exposure to UN Peacebuilding, a multicultural work environment, ongoing guidance from experts, opportunities to build professional networks.

Applicants must be students currently enrolled in bachelor's, master's or PhD programmes or recent graduates within the last two years, in peace, conflict studies, international relations, gender studies or related social sciences.
