Dangote HEMM Operators Training Programme 2026

The Dangote HEMM Operators Training Programme is a 2026 intensive training initiative by Dangote Cement Plc to develop competent Heavy Earth Moving Machinery operators in Nigeria. It includes classroom instruction, safety training, simulations, field practice, and results in a HEMM Operator Certificate. The program provides a full sponsorship with living stipends, accommodation, healthcare, and training relevant to mining operations.

Secondary school leavers or technical college graduates aged 22-35, with valid identification and good physical and mental fitness.
