Jacobs Foundation Research Fellowship Program

Globally competitive fellowship program for early career researchers focused on improving the development, learning and living conditions of children and youth. Fellowships are awarded to researchers who have earned their PhD within the past 10 years, and funding is provided to the fellow’s institution for a period of three years to support the fellow’s research and related activities. The program begins on January 1 and ends three years later, with up to 12 fellowships awarded per year.

Independent research funding for three years, networking opportunities, regional and topical groups, retreats, workshops and alumni events.

Fellows must have earned a PhD within the past 10 years and be employed at a higher education or research institution; applicants from any country are eligible.

Submission requires a CV, a scientific paper, and a 1-page recommendation letter.
