ECB Traineeships

The European Central Bank offers traineeships of three to twelve months for students and recent graduates, including PhD students, with work ranging from research and draft reporting to data compilation and ad hoc studies. Trainees receive a monthly stipend as part of the programme. Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old, fluent in English and another official EU language, be a national of an EU Member State or an acceding country, have completed at least a first cycle qualification, and have limited prior work experience.

Monthly grant during traineeship length; work experience in a major European financial institution; exposure to research and data tasks.

Open to students, including PhD students, or recent graduates who are nationals of an EU Member State or an acceding country, and who meet the language and education requirements.
