The Government Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic provides full funding for international students from OECD/Development Assistance Recipient countries to pursue full-time bachelor, master, or doctoral studies at public universities in Slovakia. The programme is administered by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Youth and aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation and develop human capital in partner countries. Citizens of eligible partner countries who wish to study full-time for a bachelor, master, or doctoral degree at Slovak public universities; applicants must meet university admission requirements and demonstrate academic excellence and motivation to contribute to their home country.

Interested candidates must submit a filled application form, certified copies of previous transcripts, proof of English or Slovak language proficiency as required by the chosen university, and a motivation letter describing aims and impact.
