ARICE Scholarship 2026-2027

The ARICE Scholarship for the Romanian Government is a fully funded programme offering 40 scholarships to international students for bachelor's, master's, doctoral studies or medical residency in Romania. It provides full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend, and dedicated support services to remove financial obstacles and enable academic excellence in a dynamic higher education environment. Eligible fields include economics and business, agricultural sciences, engineering, information technologies, and management, with an emphasis on areas aligned with national development goals.

Full tuition coverage, monthly stipend, language year tuition (if required), student dormitory housing, medical assistance, local transportation, and networking opportunities with sector leaders.

Open to foreign nationals (non-EU/EEA) who are not Romanian citizens and do not hold Romanian residence permits.
