Bourse de Master Mastercard à Sciences Po

The Mastercard Foundation Scholarship at Sciences Po is a fully funded master's scholarship program for Sub-Saharan African citizens to pursue two-year master's programs at Sciences Po in Paris, France. It covers tuition and living costs, and provides additional support such as housing and career resources to help scholars transition into professional roles. The program targets exceptional students with leadership potential who face financial barriers to accessing higher education.

Applicants must be citizens of Sub-Saharan Africa, under 35 at the start of the academic year, not already hold a master's degree, and have at least a bachelor’s degree before the start of the master's program. Applicants must apply to a two-year master’s program at Sciences Po; programmes for one-year masters or joint/double degree programs are not eligible. Proficiency at C1 in French or English, depending on the program, is required.
