Bourses de l’Université Catholique de Louvain pour Étudiants Étrangers

The Université catholique de Louvain offers doctoral scholarships for citizens of developing countries to pursue PhD studies at UCLouvain in Belgium. The scholarship covers doctoral studies up to 36 months, and may include airfare if needed. Selection considers the quality of the candidate, the research project, and collaboration with a partner institution in the Global South.

Doctoral stipend for up to 36 months; potential reimbursement of one or more round-trip airfare tickets to Brussels; access to university facilities.

Eligible candidates are citizens from the listed developing countries, supported by an academic staff member at UCLouvain, and admitted by the doctoral domain committee; candidates must be free of any obligation to return to a funding body after training and must not already be enrolled as PhD students at UCLouvain.
