Bourse MEAT du Gouvernement Roumain pour Étrangers

The MEAT Government Scholarship of Romania for foreign students is a government-funded program to study in Romania. It covers undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies at Romanian higher education institutions, with host institutions in Romania and study languages in Romanian or a foreign language where available. Selected candidates receive scholarships including tuition waivers, accommodation, and monthly stipends according to the cycle.

Tuition-free study; housing; monthly stipend; language preparatory course and stipend; medical assistance; reduced public transport costs; exemption from some fees.

Open to foreign citizens from all countries worldwide, excluding EU/EEA member states, for bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies in Romania.

Candidates must meet eligibility requirements and apply through designated Romanian higher education institutions.
