Qantas Engineering Internship — Summer 2026

The Qantas Engineering Internship is a three-month paid summer placement within Qantas Group Engineering across Mainline or Regional (QantasLink). Interns work on real business projects across teams such as Engines, Performance, or Fleet Management and build practical engineering and software skills. Positions are located in Sydney and Brisbane and involve full-time, on-site work starting in late November 2026. Nine Sydney and two Brisbane roles are available.

Three-month paid internship; hands-on project experience working alongside experienced engineers; practical skill development.

Penultimate-year students with a credit average or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronic, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident at time of application.
