International Experience Canada (IEC) 2026 is a mobility program that allows eligible youth from partner countries to live, work, and explore Canada through a streamlined work-permit system. It offers three streams—Working Holiday, Young Professionals, and International Co-op (Internship)—that enable practical work experience in Canada and may support longer-term immigration pathways. Participants gain legal work experience in Canada, can earn income, and build an international CV, with potential steps toward longer-term residence.
