DUFE CSC Scholarship 2026 for International Applicants

The DUFE CSC Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded government-backed opportunity for international Master’s and PhD candidates to study at the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) in China for the 2026–2027 intake, beginning September 2026. It covers tuition, provides housing support or subsidy, medical insurance, and a monthly living allowance. Programs include English- and Chinese-taught master’s and PhD studies in economics, finance, management, statistics, and related disciplines.

International non-Chinese citizens in good health; for Master’s programs, applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35; for PhD programs, a master’s degree and be under 40; language requirements include HSK Level 5 for Chinese-taught programs or IELTS/TOEFL for English-taught programs; applicants must not be receiving other scholarships.

Submit materials via two portals: the DUFE International Student Application Portal and the CSC Information System, selecting Program Category Type B and entering the DUFE agency number 10173.
