The Operations Associate position supports administrative and operational tasks under the Operations Manager in the UNDP Gabon country office. It involves collaborating with internal teams across HR, finance, ICT and procurement, and with other UN agencies, to ensure processes align with UNDP standards. The role is a fixed-term contract with potential renewal, based in Libreville, Gabon.

Salary as a UNDP employee under a fixed-term contract.

A university degree (Bachelor's level) with 3 years of experience, or a secondary school diploma with 6 years of experience; experience in economics, finance, administration or related field; French required, English an asset.
