Thailand Government Scholarships 2027

The Thailand Government Scholarships (TIPP) offer fully funded master's scholarships for international students to study at Thai universities. The program provides financial support including living, accommodation, book and thesis allowances, and tuition coverage. Applicants must be nominated by a National Focal Point and come from TIPP-eligible countries, with a targeted focus on development and SDG-related topics.

Full tuition coverage plus monthly living and housing allowances, book allowance, thesis and settlement funds, and health coverage.

International students who are nominated by the National Focal Point and who hold a bachelor’s degree or professional experience in a related field may apply; age under 50; English proficiency required.

Fill in the online application form, be nominated by the National Focal Point, and submit required documents (medical report, transcripts, degree certificate, English test score, letters of recommendation).
