Hua Xia Cup (China Mathematical Olympiad)

The Hua Xia Cup (China Mathematical Olympiad, HXC) is an international mathematical competition for students in Grades 1 to 9 (Primary 1 to Secondary 3). It runs a Trial round and a Final; contests are offered in English and Chinese and are held online. Participants are tested with open-ended questions designed to assess creativity and mathematical application skills. Awards include tiered medals/certificates in the Trial and trophies, plaques and medals in the Final.

Trial: e-Certificate for winners; Final: Certificate & Medal for Gold/Silver/Bronze, Champion Trophy, Principal Award Plaque, Certificate of Participation for other participants

Open to students in Grades 1 to 9 (Primary 1 to Secondary 3) studying in Malaysia (grade as of January 2026).
