Indian Computing Olympiad (INOI) 2026

The Indian Computing Olympiad (INOI) is India's national programming and informatics olympiad that identifies and selects school students for international informatics contests and training camps. Top performers in INOI are invited to subsequent stages such as the International Olympiad in Informatics Training Camp (IOITC) and selection for international contests like IOI, APIO and EGOI. The programme includes problem rounds, published question papers and archival materials for practice.

Opportunity to be selected for IOI and IOITC; IOITC training camp for ~30 students; travel sponsorship for the Indian team to EGOI and IOI; special admission/consideration at several Indian and some international universities for high performers.

Open to all school students across India; any student registered in school up to Class 12 during the academic year 2025-2026 is eligible to take part in ICO during 2025-2026. There is no lower age limit, but participants must still be enrolled in school; students who have completed Class 12 are not eligible.

Register (registrations open in October for the following year), then participate in qualifying rounds: ZIO or ZCO (either or both), qualify to INOI (national programming round), from which ~30 students are selected for IOITC and the IOI team is chosen.
