Aalto University Winter School

Aalto University Winter School is a short, multidisciplinary winter programme of intensive courses taught by Aalto University teachers and experts, combining academic learning with a social programme and excursions. Courses cover topics such as happiness and well-being, Nordic design thinking, and AI and machine learning with a focus on large language models. Teaching takes place on Aalto University campus and includes extracurricular events to explore Finnish culture and nature.

Intensive course instruction, social programme and excursions, networking with international participants, hands-on learning experiences.

Open to students from all fields; multidisciplinary students may apply.
