UCT Summer School 2027

UCT Summer School 2027 is a two-week public summer school organised by the University of Cape Town, framed around the theme of sustainability. The programme offers courses, lectures and performances that bring together research from across the university and engage with social and environmental challenges. Topics include air quality, housing affordability, policing and governance, and interdisciplinary neuroscience lectures. The series is aimed at lifelong learners and showcases UCT scholarship across multiple disciplines.
