QuestBridge Alumni Mentorship

The QuestBridge Alumni Mentorship program pairs QuestBridge Scholars and recent alumni with more experienced QuestBridge alumni for guided mentorship. Participants meet one-on-one virtually, set goals together, and take part in online cohort activities and communities. The program aims to help mentees navigate the transition from college to post-graduate life and to provide mentors a structured way to give back to the QuestBridge community.

One-on-one virtual mentorship meetings, goal-setting with a mentor, participation in online communities and cohort-based guided content to support college-to-career transition and early post-graduate years.

Mentees: QuestBridge Scholars entering their third or fourth year of college and alumni who graduated within the last two years. Mentors: QuestBridge alumni who graduated two or more years ago and have work experience or are in a graduate program.

Invitations to apply are sent to eligible Scholars and Alumni each summer; participants apply through QuestBridge's application/portal when invited.
