Senior consultant on system development and integration to support the Enhancement of the Event Management System (EMS) (6 months consultancy)

The Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) is seeking a senior consultant to assess, upgrade, and integrate the Event Management System (EMS) with national surveillance systems across six AU Member States. The assignment covers technical architecture, interoperability frameworks, data exchange protocols, and stakeholder capacity building to enhance real-time event detection and epidemic intelligence. The engagement includes designing an upgrade roadmap, ensuring ethical data governance, and delivering training for sustained operation of the EMS.
