Individual Consultancy for the Development of the Africa CDC HR Handbook

The Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention invites a consultant to develop a comprehensive HR Handbook for Africa CDC, covering policies, procedures, ethics, safeguarding, and staff wellbeing to align with AU Staff Regulations and Rules. The project includes needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, draft development, finalization, and implementation support over ten weeks. Deliverables include a draft and final HR Handbook, implementation tools, and training materials for HR staff and management.

Qualified consultants with a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in HR policy development, preferably in international or public health organizations.
