Public Consultation on the Legislation for the European Research Area

The European Commission invites contributions to a public consultation on the legislative act dedicated to the European Research Area. The consultation seeks input from national and regional administrations, the research and innovation community, higher education institutions, private sector entities including SMEs, technology and research centers, advisory and evaluation bodies, scientific publishers, and the general public. It aims to gather data on challenges to developing and realizing the European Research Area and views on viable solutions that could be supported by EU legislation.
