NSIA Young Leadership Programme 2025

The NSIA Young Leadership Programme (NYLP) is a two-year cadre that combines classroom sessions with on-the-job training to develop graduates in NSIA’s core business areas, including asset and portfolio management, management, infrastructure project management, investment operations, compliance, audit and risk management. It targets fresh graduates seeking practical experience and skills to transition into the corporate environment. The programme aims to build global talent and prepare a new generation of leaders for Nigeria.

Two-year programme with classroom sessions and intensive on-the-job training across NSIA core functions, aiming to build knowledge, skills and leadership capability.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree from a reputable university, be Nigerian, and meet age and NYSC requirements as specified.
