Dr. Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program 2025

The Dr. Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program is a two-year paid fellowship designed to help recent college graduates pursue leadership roles in conservation and clean energy. Fellows are placed with host organizations in the United States and receive professional development opportunities and community support through the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP). A stipend is provided to support professional development in addition to the structured fellowship experiences.

Paid two-year fellowship; stipend of $1,000 for professional development; coordinated professional development and network opportunities through RAY Partner Organizations and ELP.

Applicants are recent college graduates within three years of having received their undergraduate degree who have not held a full-time job in conservation or clean energy and who can work in the United States for the full two-year fellowship.
