Mongolia–France Bilateral Master's Scholarship 2026-2027

A bilateral scholarship programme administered by the Mongolian Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Embassy of France to fund Mongolian students to pursue master's-level studies in France for the 2026–2027 academic year. The programme provides selected candidates with a monthly maintenance allowance and other support measures for study and settlement in France. Candidates are competitively selected and must meet academic and language requirements. The scholarship targets Mongolian citizens with a completed bachelor's degree who will enrol in a French master's programme.

Monthly allowance of EUR 860; visa fee exemption; arrival grant; health insurance coverage; administrative/registration support with French institutions.

Mongolian citizens holding a bachelor's degree who meet the required academic standing and language proficiency for master's studies (English or French). Required language levels: English TOEFL ≥72 or IELTS ≥5.5, or French DELF B2 / DALF / TCF B2.

Submit required application documents (application form, CV, study purpose, copies of diplomas with notarised translations, language certificates, institutional recommendations, employer/community references) by 2026-05-16; shortlisted candidates undergo written evaluation and interview (interviews scheduled around 2026-05-29).
